Self-Healing Zippers Rarely Break-Down
Each seat cushion on this item comes with a specially engineered, self-healing zipper. On occasion, the daily stress that is placed on furniture can cause a cushion's zipper to pop, allowing the foam to compress incorrectly when the cushion is sat upon. Frame Construction
Frame is made from 3/4" or 7/8" furniture grade plywood. Precision cut, fully interlocked frame with guide notches for accurate assembly. Perpendicular joints notched for increased overall frame strength. Frames reinforced with hardwood on stress points.
